Regardless of the noise, we had a nice experience their with the ambience, nice latte and yummy porridge. And the manager even treated us a marlin candy for each of us, how sweet! I especially love their open backyard , the space if full of fresh and colorful plant, which is also accessible by walk-in customer. A nice outdoor brunch shop located in front of the old Taitung station. After our meal we walked and enjoyed looking around the station. Uncle Pete's Pizza is a vibrant and cozy spot that offers thin-crust pizza with vegetarian choices, along with a selection of craft beer.

I bought some tea, hot sauce and a few other souvenirs. This place is super scenic and I highly recommend anyone visiting Taitung to stop here. There are no shops but there are toilets at this scenic view point. Bring some coins if you want to buy something from the vending machine here. Because of the terrain and the types of rocks, it is also known as Xiaoyeliu.
