Pioneered by the Ryrie brothers in the 1830s, vineyards flourished. However, it wasn't until the 1960s that the area experienced a renaissance in winemaking. We had a fantastic lunch at Red Hill Estate in the new restaurant. We had a 21st birthday celebration which was organised by Chris of Red Hill estate. The food was superb, service excellent and overall could not fault anything.
