I also do a DIY type of shimmer wall package, where i supply everything but the balloons and you can have a go at doing your own balloons. The package deal includes a shimmer wall of your choice, a set of light up numbers, and a neon sign like Happy Birthday or Let’s Party. You are then free to create your own balloon display to suit you. Or like the lady below, just have it as a stand alone display as my shimmer walls are so good, balloons are not necessarily needed.
