I repeatedly told my braider that she was applying the hair too tight, she was braiding too tight, and she was applying too much pressure onto my head as she was braiding. It got to the point that I had to hold each individual braid as she was braiding them in order to relieve some of the tension as she was pulling and braiding to an already too tightly applied extension.
