Classes are held every Monday night, including most public holidays. There’s live piano music to set the scene while you sketch the live model. If you're an absolute beginner - or a bit of a doodler who wants to sharpen your pencil skills - this course is an opportunity to learn with a small group in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Learn over 3 Zoom sessions, with exercises, demonstrations and discussion throughout, as you gain an understanding of the basics including line, tone, perspective and proportion. Modern Art Acrylic Painting Modern Art Acrylic Painting is for both beginner and experienced students. Acrylics can be used to create both traditional and modern style artworks. Learn about use of different mediums, composition, design, colour and tone. Acrylic dries fast and can be combined with painting mediums and collages to produce wonderful textural effects. Learn how to use clay hand-building techniques to make your bowl and noodles, bacon and egg, burger on a plate or a pizza slice. Learn to design and shape your items then add some colourful expressions with painted underglazes. This is a masterclass in painting where students will learn all kinds of tips and techniques for getting amazing results in painting with acrylics. This is a great workshop to help you understand the importance and impact that colour and composition can have on your paintings. Over two days students will be introduced to a range of subjects and painting processes.
We'll go through the techniques of wet in wet, then building up the colours and textures in layers and then using dry brush to add those final details at the end. My two sons both enjoy Mamta’s art classes and wait every week to make another painting. Have a great time making your dinner, but you won't be able to eat it!

This course integrates a study of master figure artists painting approaches, techniques and finished artworks. Drawing more accurately means you can move into the painting phase sooner, reducing distractions from trying to "fix" mistakes in the drawing, letting you focus more time on developing your painting.
