Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me  different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the enclosed trailers compartment to make most use of space.

Salesman answered every question without hesitation and sold me exactly what I was after. Even offered to deliver the trailer as my car was in the shop even though they dont offer this service. The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes.
