At our childcare centre, your child’s success is our top priority. We are committed to fostering an inclusive community by tailoring early learning approaches to each child’s individual needs, guided by our philosophy, mission, vision, and values. Believing that parents are co-educators in a child’s learning journey, Deanna is a committed advocate for inclusive practices and values collaborative relationships that support each child’s growth and success.
We believe that meaningful relationships are the foundation of early learning. That’s why we create environments where children are encouraged to build trusting, respectful connections with their peers and educators at their own pace. Our calm and considered approach also allows our educators to focus on delivering intentional, high-quality educational practices in a peaceful and supportive setting.
Discover how the learning experiences at our early learning centres support your child’s development of vital physical, social, intellectual, and emotional skills. Your child’s first five years are critical for brain development and laying the foundations for lifelong learning. We offer places for children from birth to 5, with some of our early learning centres offering integrated kindergarten. The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of Free Kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care Kindergarten program. Families will save up to $2,101 a year for children aged three-years-old and above in eligible long day cares in 2025.

This means families have the flexibility for their child/ren to receive the highest quality learning experiences on days that best support them. With many quality long day care and kindergarten centres in Perth, busy working families have access to more high-quality early learning options. I have an Advanced Diploma in Community Management and a Diploma of Community Service (Childcare) and have worked in varying settings such as the council, community-based, and corporations. We offer a wide variety of interest-based in-house activities, themed incursions and exciting excursions. Our holiday programs are run by experienced Educators who help your child become more confident and independent.

When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest. Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was. Mary Oliver asked “What will you do with your one wild and precious life”, I cannot think of anything more fulfilling than what I get to do every day at Nido.
