Installation went great and the crew was professional and on time. Not sure if other brands would have delivered on time or with less delay. Office could have been more proactive communicating, explaining the reason for delay and keeping me updated on how many windows they have vs how many PGT still needed to send. Instead I had to call every week to be told to call next week cause my windows were not in the weekly delivery.
