With the explosive spread of the Internet, local governments are implementing administrative policies to facilitate the construction of information network systems which will help promote the spread of information at the local level. The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, and other organizations of the Japanese government are also implemending a variety of measures to assist these moves on the part of local governments. A look at administrative services for local residents reveals a great need for the proliferation of information within the areas of welfare and medical care; in particular, counselling concerning nursing care and medical services in remote areas are needed. In order to realize new measures promoting informationization, however, the cooperation and understanding of local governors or mayors are essential. A new environmental adhesive series, GG (Global Green), has been developed under our standards. In order to realize the clean room environment of houses, preschools, and hospitals, we will aim to manufacture adhesives that do not generate room air pollution (zero pollution) while maintaining original adhesive characteristics. A couple who like BBQ was asked for a private terrace where they could enjoy with their friends. Originally a custom-built house by a construction company, it was a house with very general specifications for the outer wall of new building materials. The site is very small and the existing houses are using the maximum building area. In order to make it a three-story building, the structure had to be modified, which was not realistic in terms of budget.

There used to be a drawing room in Japanese housing, but as the housing became smaller, that place disappeared. It can be said that this request is a reception room that can also be used outdoors. This project was an opportunity to think about what a modern-day reception room is, while an extension that fills the building area is only allowed for about 1 m². We regard the Aichi Arena as “regional infrastructure” the same as airports and roads.
At the Aichi Arena, I am in charge of operations related to facility planning by taking advantage of my experience in construction site management. Many companies constitute an SPC (special-purpose corporation) at the Aichi Arena. As an SPC staff member belonging to a construction company, I am working to help realize a cutting-edge global arena in terms of facility planning.
