The bottom drawer wouldnt open as one of the two pop rivets that hold the rails on wasnt attached properly. Fortunately for me I have access to a dremel and a rivet gun and had time to fix it. Dont be fooled, only the top drawer can be locked be the key. You have to insert 2 flat metal bars to drawers on the top and then close the lid. Bought it to keep on my truck and now i have a useless drawer. They find it a good product for the price and say it's an excellent toolbox.
